Returns & Refunds policy

At High Desert Grooming Co., we take pride in carefully crafting and packaging every order. Due to the nature of grooming and personal care products, we maintain the following Returns & Refund Policy.

By placing an order through highdesertgrooming.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ALL SALES POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@highdesertgrooming.com.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or replacement:
• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must remain in its original packaging
• The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Approved returns may require the item to be shipped back before a refund or replacement is issued.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:
• Used grooming products
• Opened products
• Sample products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

5. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

High Desert Grooming Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues after shipment has been completed.

7. ALLERGIC REACTIONS & SENSITIVITIES

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing and using our products.

High Desert Grooming Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
