Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

High Desert Grooming Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, High Desert Grooming Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

We will do our best to assist when possible.

7. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@highdesertgrooming.com.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging

Replacement or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary by location.

Customers are responsible for any:
• Customs fees
• Import taxes
• Duties
• Additional international shipping charges
